Founded by Jonathan Brooks, a highly credentialed expert in the field, the company initially began as a sole proprietor handyman business before evolving into a design-build remodeling company and later, a custom home builder. In 2018, the focus shifted back to handyman services and smaller remodeling projects, leading to the re-launch of Home Improvement Express. The decision to franchise stems from a growing demand for their high-quality, professional services. With a mission to exceed client expectations and build lasting relationships, Home Improvement Express is now expanding through franchising.
